I had mixed feelings about my stay at the resort. While I got a complimentary upgrade and the rooms were decent, they definitely need some maintenance and could be much cleaner. The location was rather inaccessible and not what I expected. On a positive note, the dining was quite good, and the staff was really understanding and helpful throughout my stay.
